A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Village
Situated in a very private location, behind the main street in Warkworth, this pretty stone-built cottage can only be accessed via a path leading around 150 yards from the nearest road, (where there is free car parking). It has been beautifully renovated and while it's been furnished and equipped to 4 Star standard, will be assessed by VisitBritain soon for a Quality Grading. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Please Note
- This cottage is situated behind the main street, in a very private and secluded spot. The only access to it is via a path running around 150yds from the nearest road, where cars can be parked. This pathway is unlit at night, so a torch will be needed for access during darkness. There is a hand-truck provided to aid in transporting heavy luggage and groceries to and from the car.
- This cottage can currently accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, but please note that the twin room is quite compact. We therefore recommend this cottage will be more comfortable for 2 adults and up to 4 children. When booking on-line, in order to enter 4 children on the booking form please enter the total number using both the 'children' and 'infants' boxes (you can clarify their ages on the next page of the booking form). The bunk beds in the third bedroom are only suitable for children of 12 years old or under.
- FROM 3RD JANUARY 2011 this cottage will sleep a maximum of 5 persons, of which there can be no more than 3 adults. There will be a master bedroom with kingsize bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 x bunk beds (12yrs or under only) and a 3rd bedroom with 1 x single bed.
- A maximum of 2 medium sized dogs or 1 large dog permitted, under our strict house rules for dogs.
- This cottage will be assessed for a Quality Grading by VisitBritain within the next few weeks and we anticipate it will achieve a 4 Star rating.
