A Stylish and Comfortable Georgian Style House
This beautiful, architect-designed Georgian-style house stands proudly at the foot of the castle. Recently completed to strict planning controls to blend seamlessly into the Conservation village of Warkworth. The decor is beautifully stylish. For a recently constructed house, It has a grand and spacious feel to it, spanning 3 floors, with high ceilings and large windows. Very comfortably furnished with great attention to detail, it's perfect for a family or up to 3 couples. Kitchen/dining room with electric fan-assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric juicer and coffee-maker. Door to enclosed garden. Ground floor wheelchair accessible.
Garden
The garden is south west facing and bordered by trees to the west side. It wraps around the house in an 'L' shape and consists of different coloured gravel with planted pots, a furnished patio area and a barbecue. Please note that the lawn shown below was replaced by green lakeland slate chippings at the end of April.

Master Bedroom
A bright and spacious room. Kingsize bed with luxury pocksprung mattress, wardrobe and chests.
Bedroom 3
2 full size single beds with luxury pocketsprung mattresses which can be converted to a superkingsize bed upon required for a small additional charge. Wardrobe and chest.
Family Bathroom
Bathroom with bath, mains shower over, hand basin and WC.
Second Floor
Bedroom 2
A very spacious room occupying the whole of the 2nd floor. Kingsize leather bed with luxury pocketsprung mattress, flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview, large wardrobe and chest. The TV can be repositioned in the Master Bedroom on the first floor upon request. This large room can accommodate an additional folding bed, suitable for under 12's and/or cot. Please note however, that the dining room and lounge have seating for 6 persons only. En suite shower room with double shower cubicle, mains shower, hand basin, WC and lovely view of Warkworth Castle from the Velux window.
"What a fantastic week! We've loved every bit of our holiday and we've been lucky with the weather. Flying our kites on Warkworth Beach was fab and gave us a second childhood (our kids are grown up!). Magdalene House has been a wonderful home for us and Julie has thought of everything.
