This beautiful and stylish holiday property is enviably located right on the water's edge with far reaching views down the Coquet Estuary towards the yacht marina at Amble and Coquet Island out to sea. Riverside is situated in a central position in the beautiful Conservation Village of Warkworth. An excellent range of shops - including a well-stocked and licenced village store - art galleries, Northumbrian pubs, restaurants and cafes are all within 5 minutes walk of the cottage. Magnificent Warkworth Castle can be seen from some of the windows of the house and the vast and dramatic sands of Warkworth Beach are just a 20 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) away, along a quiet country lane.

Fully tiled in travertine marble, this shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin, serves both bedrooms on the first floor and has the benefit of a door to the landing and to the double bedroom 2, which can make it an en suite shower room if required.
