We are currently recruiting new properties to our portfolio. If you have a property which you think would fit well within our portfolio – whether you are currently letting and looking to better your investment, or looking for your first agent – and you’re seeking to increase your revenue and benefit from additional support and guidance from your booking agent, please call us for an informal discussion about its potential. Upon our first contact, we can provide some guidance on maximising investment by achieving maximum occupancy and a high annual income, whether that be from a property you currently own or one you are looking at purchasing. Once you have joined our portfolio, we provide unlimited consultation, guidance and support during the process of being ready to accept your first guests and throughout your letting journey.
We have extensive experience of the holiday letting business – we know what works and what doesn’t, what people are looking for and what makes people return year after year and recommend their “favourite property” to others. Quality and Marketing
We have a particular demand for one bedroom cottages and larger cottages (4+ bedrooms) in good locations. Our area covers the whole of Northumberland.
All our cottages are independent assessed for a quality grading by VisitEngland under their Quality in Tourism Assessment Scheme. If your property doesn’t currently don’t have a quality grading, we will help you to achieve it at mininal cost via our Quality in Tourism Agency Scheme.
In addition to an industry standard quality grading, just as importantly for us is the commitment of our owners to the highest standards of quality and customer care, we prefer to work with owners who have a professional and friendly approach and enjoy not only taking pride in achieving high standards of presentation and cleanliness in their properties but also enjoy providing those special little touches that make a holiday extra special and memorable.
We have a carefully planned marketing and advertising strategy, which combined with our extensive knowledge of the market and ability to nurture our client base, enables us to maximise the potential of your property to provide a good return on your investment. If you are thinking of buying a holiday cottage, we can provide advice on the most lucrative areas to invest in, the facilities and features guests are looking for, the most popular styles and layouts, the minimum standards expected in a self catering cottage and what our guests are looking to get out of their holiday. Once you have joined our portfolio, we’re able to offer practical advice on housekeeping and maintenance, as maintaining high standards is key to your success.
At any one time there is usually at least one of the properties in our collection available for sale. All of our properties have excellent track records with consistently high booking levels year on year. The major benefit of buying an established holiday home is that, once purchased, it’s ready just to continue letting and enjoying the income with no effort or further capital expenditure necessary – simply the commitment to maintaining the high standards already in place.
