Our Availability Calendars
We are taking bookings for holidays from Monday 12th April 2021 onwards. More information about permitted bookings are set out below, but are subject to change in line with Government reviews. Updates will be added as more information becomes available.
All new bookings will be subject to the legal limits and restrictions.
If you are due to arrive between 12th April – 16th May (one household only)
At present your booking can go ahead. The bookings that fall within these dates are subject to restrictions – one household only is permitted to stay. Our team will be in touch with you no later than 5th March to discuss your options. You will be offered the choice to reduce your party size to comply within the legal limit of one household, rebook different dates at the same property (up until 31 December 2022), or receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, less the booking fee.
If you are due to arrive between 17th May – 18th July 2021 (two households only or 6 person-rule)
At present your booking can go ahead. The bookings that fall within these dates are subject to restrictions – a maximum of two households or 6 people are permitted to stay. This means that a party of 7+ can stay, pending the party comprises no more than 2 households. It also means that 6 people from 6 different households can stay, as long as the party size does not exceed 6.
You will be offered the choice to reduce your party size to comply within the legal limit (of two households or a maximum of 6 persons), re-book different dates at the same property, or receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, less the booking fee.
If you are due to arrive from 19th July 2021
According to the announcement on 14th June 2021, the Government have outlined their aims to remove social distancing restrictions by 19th July 2021. Whilst we will be reviewing all bookings in line with the Government’s 4-step plan, we are pleased to say that at present, all holidays can proceed without restrictions from 19th July 2021. If any restrictions are extended or introduced that may effect holidays in any way further than 19th July 2021, we will review our policies.
If you would like to cancel your holiday that is from 19th July 2021 or later, your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation policy (click here to read online).
If your holiday is covered by Master Cancel and you would like to cancel your holiday with us, please contact us in writing via email and our team will process your request.
Due to the current restrictions in place, we are working with minimal staff, some of which are working remotely. Therefore, it may take longer to get back to you, especially in the days following an announcement of a change which effects holidays in the near future. We politely ask when getting in touch with us, our preferred method of communication is email rather than by phone. Please include your 7-digit booking number on all communications with us – this allows our team to efficiently handle all correspondence. Please contact our team if you have any queries whatsoever at email@example.com.
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
We hope you and your families are keeping safe and well and we look forward to welcoming you back to Northumberland soon.
