Advice on all current Government restrictions

Following the latest announcement from Government on 22nd February, we have guidelines that coincide with the 4-step plan released by Government to ease restrictions. Our team will be will be in touch with all guests whose bookings may be affected, working through bookings chronologically. You will hear from us no later than 5th March.

National Lockdown until 29th March
The UK is in a National Lockdown from until 29th March. We are currently in the process of contacting all remaining guests affected to explain how this affects their booking and to outline the options open to them. Please read below for further information about how your holiday may be affected or if you are considering placing a booking with us.
Be rest assured, that if a Government Order, Direction or Advice of Change in Law prevents you from undertaking your holiday with us, you will be offered flexibility. Please click here to read more about our overall Cancellation Policy.
Our Availability Calendars
Our calendars are closed for bookings up until 11th April in line with the clear guidance about when self-contained accommodation may reopen . We are taking bookings from Monday 12th April. More information about permitted bookings are set out below, but are subject to change in line with Government reviews. Updates will be added as more information becomes available.
All new bookings will be subject to the legal limits and restrictions.
If you are due to arrive up until 11th April
Your booking sadly cannot go ahead, and our team will be in touch with you via email no later than 28th February to discuss your options. You will be offered the choice to rebook different dates at the same property (up until 31 December 2022), or receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, less the booking fee.
If you are due to arrive between 12th April – 16th May (one household only)
At present your booking can go ahead. The bookings that fall within these dates are subject to restrictions – one household only is permitted to stay. Our team will be in touch with you no later than 5th March to discuss your options. You will be offered the choice to reduce your party size to comply within the legal limit of one household, rebook different dates at the same property (up until 31 December 2022), or receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, less the booking fee.
If you are due to arrive between 17th May – 20th June (two households only or 6 person-rule)
At present your booking can go ahead. The bookings that fall within these dates are subject to restrictions – a maximum of two households or 6 people are permitted to stay. This means that a party of 7+ can stay, pending the party comprises no more than 2 households. It also means that 6 people from 6 different households can stay, as long as the party size does not exceed 6.

You will be offered the choice to reduce your party size to comply within the legal limit (of two households or a maximum of 6 persons), rebook different dates at the same property (up until 31 December 2022), or receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, less the booking fee.
If you are due to arrive from 21st June
According to the national announcement on 22nd February, the Government have outlined their aims to remove social distancing restrictions by 21st June. Whilst we will be reviewing all bookings in line with the Government’s 4-step plan, we are pleased to say that at present, all holidays can proceed without restrictions from 21st June. If any restrictions are extended or introduced that may effect holidays in any way further than 21st June, we will review our policies.
If you would like to cancel your holiday that is from 21st June 2021 or later, your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation policy (click here to read online).
If your holiday is covered by Master Cancel and you would like to cancel your holiday with us, please contact us in writing via email and our team will process your request.
Due to the current restrictions in place, we are working with minimal staff, some of which are working remotely. Therefore, it may take longer to get back to you, especially in the days following an announcement of a change which effects holidays in the near future. We politely ask when getting in touch with us, our preferred method of communication is email rather than by phone. Please include your 7-digit booking number on all communications with us – this allows our team to efficiently handle all correspondence.
