Lovely house, very clean and comfortable for our group of seven. Great location with good walks and easy access to everything we wanted to visit. A superbly equipped kitchen kept our ‘master chefs’ happy and the snug was great for our teenagers. Really couldn’t find anything to fault – even the weather was good!

Every Saturday the market square hosts a Farmers Market but from April to August they also host a Thursday market, which specialises in artisan local produce.

Owners of Larch House
We asked The McArtneys why they fell in love with Northumberland…
“Our family has been coming to Northumberland for over 20 years, and my husband and I many years before that. We have enjoyed lovely holidays here, and in more recent years we have brought our dog along with us – much to his delight! The beaches are gorgeous and dog friendly year-round, and most cafes, restaurants, and pubs are more than welcoming for dogs and dog owners. We found Larch House in the lovely village of Lesbury and decided that this was the house for us. We wish you a wonderful holiday and hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!”
Tracy, David, James, Elisabeth, and Milo the Cocker Spaniel.
